Landmark Development Services Company is a leading real estate development firm with an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, multi-tasking, full-time Contract/Risk Manager in our downtown Madison office.  This position is responsible for working closely with our Partners, CFO, and Project Managers to create, review, and track all contracts and agreements utilized in both the corporate and project management aspects of our company.
